About Soundara

Where science meets
stillness

A sanctuary shaped by corporate wisdom, coaching mastery, sensory intelligence, and evidence-informed, human-centred leadership.

Manifesto

At Soundara, we don't 'fix' people; we provide the frequency for the body to remember its own way back to balance. We are dedicated to the art of down-regulation, helping the modern mind transition from 'survival mode' to 'thrive mode' through intentional soundscapes.

Our mission

To create live sound experiences that guide people through transformative nervous-system journeys, restoring inner calm, offering a sanctuary for reconnection, and empowering them to rise into their fullest clarity, presence, and potential.

Our three pillars

What holds the space

01

Human Sustainability

We believe rest is not a luxury, but a requirement for a sustainable life. We focus on 'anti-burnout' as a practice, not a one-time fix.

02

Scientific Grounding

While we honour the mystery of sound, our sessions are built on the principles of psychoacoustics and nervous-system regulation.

03

Safe Containers

Whether 1:1 or in a group, we prioritise inner safety, spaces where you are free to be silent, to feel, and to release without judgment.

The story of our name

Etheris & Soundara

Etheris, the home

Etheris takes its name from Aether, the ancient, unseen field that holds all vibration, resonance, and possibility. It is the quiet intelligence of the universe, the space where sound travels and where stillness finds its depth.

Soundara, the first expression

Soundara is the first branch to grow from the Etheris home: a dedicated sanctuary for sound, sensory experience, and the restoration of the nervous system. It weaves two roots, Sound, the language of the body, and Aura/Dara, the subtle field around us. Together: 'the sound that shapes your inner atmosphere.'

The story of the colours

A palette with meaning

Aubergine

The depth of the hearth

The rich, fertile ground of the subconscious, where transformation takes root.

Pistachio

The breath of the Dara

Soft green, new growth, vitality and clarity, the living edge of renewal.

The founder

Irina Simbotin

Founder & Sound Practitioner

I've spent 17 years in the corporate world as a senior leader in risk, compliance, and organisational transformation, environments where pressure is constant, pace is relentless, and the nervous system is often the first to be sacrificed. Working at that level taught me how people function under strain, how teams lose coherence, and how much we all need spaces where the body can soften and the mind can breathe.

Alongside leading teams and guiding complex digital and business transformations, I became a certified coach and trainer. My studies in sustainable leadership at Cambridge deepened this further, grounding everything I do in human-centred, long-term wellbeing.

Over time, I saw how much we all need accessible ways to reconnect with our own inner steadiness. That led me into the world of sound, sensory practices, and integrated complementary approaches that help the body and mind soften, regulate, and find clarity, blending intuitive practice with evidence-informed understanding.

Soundara was born from the meeting of these two worlds, the structured clarity of corporate leadership and the restorative depth of sound. I understand what burnout feels like from the inside, and I understand what the body needs to return to balance.

My approach is not about fixing or treating; it's about creating conditions where your own natural capacity for restoration can switch back on. Every session is designed to feel like a sanctuary: gentle, calm, intentional, and emotionally safe, while still being professional, reliable, and thoughtfully held.

“I understand what burnout feels like from the inside, and what the body needs to return to balance.”
